Welcome to the Tidyomics community hackathon in Turku!
- Dates: June 1–2, 2026
- Venue: BioCity Turku
This hackathon brings together Tidyomics contributors and users to:
- Fix bugs and close open issues across Tidyomics packages
- Implement new features and improvements
- Improve documentation, tutorials, and vignettes
We have a dedicated channel for the hackathon in the official Bioconductor Zulip server.
The link for the virtual meeting room will be shared in this channel and via email.
Please complete the following steps before the event starts:
- Browse the open problems in the Tidyomics project board
- Select the problem you want to work on and open an issue in this repo
- If an issue already exists for a problem you are interested in, react to it or leave a comment to signal your interest
- Based on the number of open issues, participants, and interest, groups and projects will be defined on the first day
