Added Legend State with persistence and an example of offline-first capabilities with the car table. Changes made to car table definition and seed table to facilitate sync. UI is basic, but functional. Can click on an item to delete it, or use the buttons to demonstrate create and update. Changes to package.json scripts due to upgrading drizzle.
