Changes the project license from GPL-2.0-or-later to LGPL-3.0-or-later.
LICENSEis now the LGPL-3.0 text;LICENSE.GPLcarries the GPL-3.0 text it supplementssignatures/v1.0/cla.jsonon thecla-signaturesbranch)Motivation: the upcoming mobile port compiles this repository into a shared library (
libgojni.so) loaded by an Apache-2.0 app. The LGPL keeps full copyleft on the core while making the dynamic-link boundary clean, so the app stays an independent work. Closes #235.
