docs: document supported guest OS flavors in README - #47

Adds guest OS support info to the README:
/etc/os-releaseID and router service unit, plus a note on the KubeVirt provider's flavor auto-detection (unknown IDs fail loudly) and that templates/bindings work unchanged on both flavors.
