You can use the same pattern as in TVC template to surface this in the build summary. PCR values are important enough to be top-level IMO: https://github.com/tkhq/tvc-template/blob/3b1c2b15dc4ea83e6e1420a5b32e5912315769b5/.github/workflows/stagex.yml#L87-L92
