start and integration into locale wifi
Start this Gateway in a few steps in less than 3 minutes.
Tip
If you only want to set up Wi-Fi credentials, please click the Install button anyway. The selection box then appears with the available options.
- Visit the Installer webpage: https://tobiasfaust.github.io/SolaxModbusGateway/
- Plug in your ESP to a USB port.
- The latest available version is preselected. Please select another version if you want.
- Select your preferred variant. Choose default "Standard" variant. (look here for available variants)
- "Installer" Button appears, click on it
- select the correct COM Port
Hint: The correct ESP type is automatically detected. It supports the following ESP: [ESP8266, ESP32, ESP32-S2, ESP32-S3, ESP32-C3]
- click on install button
- in case installer waits at preparing stage, push and hold the "boot" button on ESP until "erasing" appears
- wait until installation is finished
- select entering WiFi credentials page and choose your home WLAN Accesspoint.
- click on "visit device" button to call ESP Web-UI
