Removes gulp-dart-sass (no updates for 3 years) and replaces it with gulp-sass (last update 10 months ago, much more popular) and sass-embedded (higher performance than sass). I fixed various deprecation warnings using sass-migrator and find and replace.
I did not remove the
$space: hslparameter that appeared from the sass-migrator tool because the Sass documentation recommends it even though it is not necessary in this case.Technically, this PR also updates the version of Sass.
