Move KEYCODES and related functions to a separate file. No further refactoring is done yet.

This change hopefully makes KeyActionMapper file slightly easier to read and makes it easier to improve either part of the code individually. Although a refactor of this code is long overdue, I decided not to touch such a large area for now.
