This PR adds the following things :

  • New connector config API that supports signals and fluids
  • New API to make console commands
  • New API for mods to save custom data in the save file
  • Add a way to skip custom requirements in the SideUpgradeBuilder
  • Add a way to use an existing side upgrade (SideUpgradeSelector)
  • Add a way to run a piece of code periodically (hook into the game loop)
