Adds BomLens (https://github.com/sktelecom/sbom-tools) to OSPO Tools > SCA, alphabetically after Black Duck.
BomLens is a local-first, open source (Apache-2.0) SBOM generator and open source risk assessor from SK Telecom. It produces CycloneDX SBOMs and AI ML-BOMs (with G7 minimum-elements conformance checks), open source NOTICE files, and security/license risk reports from source, containers, binaries, firmware, AI models, and ingested SBOMs. CLI, web UI, and desktop app.

hosted_logos/bomlens.svghas all text converted to paths (no font dependencies).
