[Feature Request]: Better ordering of tools in text editor popup

Description

The sort order of controls in the text editor popup just makes me crazy.

I just can't quickly and intuitively make changes. We are talking about section in the middle where we can make text bold and etc. The current order is

B	</>	TeX	I	🔗	S	U̲

This ordering makes no sense. What is expected for a better UX
