[Bug]: "Redo" shortcut doesn't work

What happened?

I use Linux and the bug is reproducable in both: web and desktop.

As of reference in settings "Redo" action is bind to Ctrl + Y.

But it doesn't work. What actually works is Ctrl + Shift + Z. So the issue is one of both

1. Incorrect hotkeys binding
2. Incorrect legend of the hotkeys binding

Actually I would like the feature to customize hotkeys. And I personally like Ctrl + Y
