[Bug]: Inconsistent behavior of comment links in embedded documents in edgeless mode

What happened?

Errant behavior: When double clicking to view an embedded document in center peek in edgeless view, clicking on commented on text does nothing even though the comment indication is still visible. When opening the document in situ via the provided button, the comments sidebar is opened.

Expected behavior: Either hide comment indication in this view mode or open the document when clicking on commented on text.
