Motivation
lruv0.7 is very old and I'm tired of having duplicate dependency versions in my dependency tree.Solution
Upgrade
lruto v0.16.3. Modern LRU unfortunately depends on Rust >=1.70, so this will break CI until the MSRV is bumped.
