@ekacnet made an excellent suggestion to use
clang-formatto make the sources more consistent. I've went with his idea a bit further.make linttarget that formats the sourcesThis is branched from a7c6cf5, the same parent as #48. In theory, this should make cherry-picking commits from #48 easier.
