Wagtail 70 maintenance

This pull request updates the project to test Wagtail 7.0, 7.1 and Django 5.2 while removing testing for Django 5.0.

Updates for Wagtail and Django Versions:

• Added support for Wagtail 7.0, 7.1 and Django 5.2 in tox.ini
• Updated classifiers in setup.py to include Wagtail 7.0 and Django 5.2, and removed Django 5.0.

Documentation Updates:

• Updated CHANGELOG.md to reflect the addition of Wagtail 7.0, 7.1 and Django 5.2, as well as the removal of Django 5.0.
