Fix: Improve appearance of long author lists in university and stargazer theme

Make long author list (>3 authors) look nicer by centering every line of authors.

This PR fixes the visual appearance of title slides in the university theme when displaying more than 3 authors. Previously, when there were more than 3 authors, only the first 3 would be properly distributed across the slide width, with additional authors creating layout issues. The fix splits the author list into chunks of 3, creating a separate centered grid for each row of authors.

• Replace single grid layout with chunked approach for author display
• Each row of authors (max 3) now gets its own centered grid
