Fix MoreBannerFeatures capes not rendering correctly. Test Ears mod capes compatibility(blocky mode only for now). Updated ru/zh lang files(Thanks Felix14_v2 and mcxiangdong). Attempting to use a new pipeline for releasing this build, if you see this, it might have worked 🙃.
