Cloudflare rejects DNS record comments over 100 chars (API error 9313); the Phase 1 comment was 105. Trim to satisfy the limit so proxied=true applies. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

DNS record comment was 105 chars; Cloudflare caps at 100 (API 9313), blocking the proxied=true apply. Trimmed to 84. Unblocks the Phase 1 orange-cloud flip.
