Human exact-head approval recordApproved in Civilization dependency order 3/8 (service layer) at exact head 81e34fb. This Human approval is bound to the unchanged head and the successful exact-head eight-repository review. Any head change voids this approval and requires renewed review and approval. This authorizes ready-for-review and manual merge preparation only. It does not authorize merge, release, publication, auto-merge activation, settings or credential changes, runtime wiring, or deployment. |
