This project is in the middle of restructuring. Existing functionality of building the site skin locally will be back.
- Download the latest release.
- Unzip the archive.
You likely won't need every file. Here's a short explanation what they do, so you can skip the ones you don't need in the next step.

You can't copy and paste all files into a single skin, since some styles are only active in certain conditions, like viewing the page on a phone-sized screen. Repeat these steps for every file you need.
- Create a new site skin.
- Copy and paste file contents for CSS.
- Open advanced skin settings.
- Set "What it does" to "Replace archive skin entirely".
- Set "Media" to the correct value from the table above.
- Create skin.
- Create a new site skin.
- Leave CSS empty, paste
*{}to deal with the error. - Go to advanced settings.
- Set "What it does" to "Replace archive skin entirely".
- In "Parent skins", add every other previously created skin in their order in the table above.
- Create and use skin.
