Close #9587

  • Update duckdb-wasm to v1.30.0
  • Bundle during web UI build, specific core extensions with lakeFS (served under /duckdb-wasm)
  • Web UI on exception during DuckDB install will fallback to use local lakefs as the duckdb extension registry
  • The supported core extensions: "parquet", "json", "httpfs", "icu", "avro"

Tested by blocking the download url from extensions.duckdb.org.
