Bug fixes, cleanup

Some pkgs will be exported with non-ASCII characters by pkg2zip and cannot be reopened by it if there is a need to re-run. Added a generic rename tool for all pkgs in a given directory. It will simply name them ###.pkg, where # is the file count.
