Description
Migrates Suite Common packages and shared product components from the wallet-config singleton registry to explicitly supplied network configuration dependencies. Shared helpers, selectors, thunks, tests, and mocks now receive the same application-owned service boundary introduced by the preceding PR.\n\nThis layer contains 237 files with 3,222 additions and 1,685 deletions and is intentionally separated from platform UI call sites.
