Description
Migrates the Desktop and Web Suite composition roots, actions, hooks, components, and tests to pass network configuration dependencies explicitly. This removes Desktop/Web reliance on the wallet-config package constructing its own network repository while preserving the existing runtime network data.\n\nThis platform layer changes 370 files with 4,086 additions and 2,274 deletions, isolated from the shared and Native migrations.
