Description
Completes the migration by wiring the shared network configuration service through Native state dependencies and updating Native consumers across accounts, trading, earn, send, formatting, storage, and transaction management. The resulting top-of-stack tree is identical to the original combined snapshot.\n\nThis final platform layer changes 97 files with 675 additions and 312 deletions.
