TestGoogleSheets created new spreadsheet per test run via Sheets API — requires Drive permissions for cleanup. Split INSERT test into TestGoogleSheetsInsert, now creates/drops sheets dynamically in existing spreadsheet instead. Read-only tests use pre-existing test data sheet. (cherry picked from commit a688d8f)
