Hi team, We are raising this PR to add cpu only support for pytorch_backend. These changes will skip cuda related libraries for architectures that don't have gpu support.We have introduced a parameter
TRITON_BUILD_VARIANTwhich is set toallby default and can be set tocputo trigger cpu only build.Please let us know your thoughts. Thank you.
