Important notes:
(1) Default machine definition are back available into the "Other" category when adding a machine. This allows to keep existing profiles usability in addition to CreawsomeMod ones. This should also avoid lot of issues when installing CreawsomeMod for the first time. However people upgrading from Beta 2 will need to reset the Cura installation. This is a last time required since CreawsomeMod now defines its own machines identifiers.
