This PR updates the macOS telemetry data for Uptycs covering the Process Activity category, including Process Creation and Process Termination. Both sub-categories are currently recorded as

Testing Methodology
The macOS EDR telemetry generation script was run on a managed macOS host enrolled in Uptycs. Process Creation and Process Termination are currently under review and have not yet been confirmed. These sub-categories will be updated to a definitive value in a follow-up PR once testing is complete.

Both sub-categories are set to
