Bump @tscircuit/capacity-autorouter to pick up min via pad/hole support, extend core’s local SRJ types to carry the new fields, and pass board min_via_pad_diameter / min_via_hole_diameter into the autorouter input.
Also preserve routed via dimensions when materializing pcb_via records so autorouter-provided values are not overwritten by generic defaults.
