Support for shared libraries with conan

Hi @tttapa! I've been working on a solution to automate the creation of wheels with shared libraries.

Features:

• (Optional) Define compilation in shared mode in the configuration file (default false). If true, conan compiles all its dependencies with the shared option and automatically repairs the generated wheels.

shared = true
