Used to run https://github.com/tu-darmstadt-ros-pkg/hector_slam/blob/catkin/hector_geotiff/launch/geotiff_mapper.launch. Otherwise, trying to install from debs and running this launch file will fail.

This patch applies the recommendation from http://wiki.ros.org/jade/Migration and removes the dependency from package cmake_modules (unless your installation of Eigen3 does not provide a cmake config).
