Recently I have asked from my friend that he'd like to use hector slam as an library,
I think straight forward usage of hector_slam (if you do not want to use ROS framework) is to create your own apps inclidng hector_mapping/include/hector_slam_lib, but that is too complicated to him, he needs simple '.so' file
This PR create libhector_slam.so , which includes hector_slam_lib and also provide 'C' interface created by SWIG tools. I'm not sure if this is useful to others, but for a record of my work, I sent this PR. You may close this if you do not feel if this is useful.
