• add `ccache.sh` helper
– install [VER|--latest] [PREFIX]
– uninstall
– activate / deactivate (creates .ccache bin & env)
• add bash completion for ccache (incl. --latest, 4.11.3)
• wss make script now auto‑detects active ccache and builds through it
Workspaces can build, enable, and cleanly remove ccache without touching
system compilers.
