v0.10.5: rename signal chain modules and move MUTE to row 2

Rename PLAYBACK → TIME/PITCH, OUTPUT → PLAYBACK for clarity.
Move MUTE param from row 1 to row 2 alongside GAIN and VOICES/OUT.
