Basically combines:

bugfix/memory_types [BUGFIX] Fixing inconsistent check to classify Memory Type #106
Behav_array_support Array support within behavioral description #98
meta_type_refactor Type refactor within MetaModel #92

Merge Literal subclasses to one main DataType removed by PrimitiveKind

Try to use everywhere type.kind instead of signed Rename _width to size to get a constant access point in inferTypes

Use type.kind instead of signed size instead of _width

ETISS broken because of actual_size

Also resolve small merge issues

Common Subclass for - Alias - RegisterBanks - Memory - BitFieldDescr - Variables

Numpy for values within Tensor

Inheriting type from parent is false for different sized Alias FCSR vs CSR

Add new qualifier state in attributes to distinguish static/const
