Firefox Extension has been released at AMO: https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/mousecommander/
Client releases include installers for Windows and Linux (.deb build on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, .rpm build on Fedora 29).
For manually building the client application, follow the development instructions in README.
