IDE ATA/ATAPI driver for OPENSTEP that targets PCI IDE controllers with 
a standard BAR4 bus-master DMA register block.

It is intended for systems where the BIOS exposes SATA disks through 
legacy IDE emulation and enables PCI bus mastering.
