Rejecting at this point because it includes style changes without those style changes being reflected in tkldev-detective's own ruff rules.

Mostly just an update of the readme.
I included
mypyin deps and readme although thinking about it a bit more I think that's a bad idea - unless/untiltkldev-detectiveactually does type checking...
