oops: tested and we are missing something here. sqlite can open and read the DB file created by the example

Hi @PThorpe92 ,

Finally got around to testing this.
But I'm not sure if I'm missing something here.

I updated the package using go get github.com/tursodatabase/turso-go@7af753f.
Updated my test program using the code from the example in this commit, but I can still open the saved database using the sqlite3 command prompt outside of my go program. It's still an unencrypted database as far as I can tell.
