@ChrisWiegman Mole is much more detailed in terms of its reporting log, giving you exact details to everything that was deleted or updated. CleanMyMac is not as transparent and has a lot of extra bells and whistles that take up space and memory on your mac. The only advantage is that it's able to monitor for malware in real-time, although there were often false positives. |

I've owned or had a subscription to CleanMyMac since my first Mac in 2008. It's gotten so bloated and I'd love to switch over.
Has anyone yet done a comparison of Mole and CleanMyMac, specifically what will catch more during a cleanup or uninstall? I confess I just haven't had the time to try it myself yet, would love to hear if anyone is ahead of me.
