Replaces the twenty-ui README, which was a long internal design/migration document, with a real package README aimed at consumers.
The new README covers installation, peer dependencies, a verified usage example, the available subpath entry points, theming, and development commands. It is what will be shown on the npm package page once twenty-ui is published.
