Updated environment variable naming to fix deployment errors caused by
mismatched variable names. Changed
MY_PHONE_NUMBERtoTWILIO_PHONE_NUMBERand added
TWILIO_VOICE_WEBHOOK_URLto manifest to align with expecteddeployment configuration.
