Reworked `AGENTS.md` into a clearer setup/operations guide with explicit environment requirements, command flow, project structure, agent boundaries, and verification steps. Updated `README.md` to better describe runtime behavior, simplify assistant guidance, and replace reference-style links with direct URLs. Added `.github/copilot-instructions.md` and `CLAUDE.md` to point AI assistants to `AGENTS.md` as the single source of repo instructions.
