This PR adds PHP 8.5 test combinations to the Makefile, expanding the test matrix to include PHP 8.5 with Composer versions 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, and 2.9. However, PHP 8.5 has not been released yet and may not exist.
- Adds four new test combinations for PHP 8.5 with various Composer versions
- Follows the existing pattern of PHP/Composer version combinations
- Positions PHP 8.5 entries before PHP 8.4 entries in the list
