- Added a `link` script to create a symlink in the package directory. - Added `link` and `unlink` commands to Justfile.

I like to create a symlink to my package in the local repository during development. If accepted, this adds a
linkscript in the "scripts" directory andlink/unlinkrecipes in the Justfile to call it.
