I am submitting
Description: A lot of small things to be more user friendly and gain flexibility. Gain preliminary HTML export ability, introduce more general math preset, switch note fonts to Atkinson Hyperlegible Next and Intel One Mono to easen the eyes, make palette and callout names consistent, add more keyword conjugations, throw out overkill code, optimize querying times, relicense to EUPL-1.2.
(This used to be #4257, turns out I missed a few things though that broke querying then.)
