Description:

1. set the templates' headings with numbly package
2. bump up the version in the README, so every can create their thesis/paper with the lastest version template by just one click on the README. This is done by automately bumping by the CI actions
3. fix unresolution of thesis.typ found in modern-sysu-thesis:0.4.1 #4361

• ensured that my package is licensed such that users can use and distribute the contents of its template directory without restriction, after modifying them through normal use.
