fix: disable automerge for projectbluefin/common container updates - #4481

Renovate PRs updating ghcr.io/projectbluefin/common must now be hand-merged. Adds an explicit automerge: false rule (matching pin, digest, and pinDigest) to prevent any catch-all automerge rule from auto-landing these updates. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
